What style of building numbers do you need?
All businesses, offices and suites need building numbers of some sort to be able to be found and identified. Without building numbers nobody will know where you are at or if they have arrived at the right location. And while most established buildings are already numbered, it may be time to replace the business numbers already in place, or give them a stylish makeover. And for new buildings and business office number you'll need to look at your building numbering options to pick a style that is right for your look and your budget. There are a few different styles of building numbering to choose from, each with plenty of custom options, that can be purchased easily and affordably.
Popular Building Number Options.
The picture to the left shows two different styles of building numbers that can be obtained from your local sign shop or ordered online. Both styles offer up many different styles and options ranging in size and price levels. Ordering custom building address numbers are a unique alternative to what is available at your local home-improvement stores.
Cut Vinyl Numbers
As pictured in the photo to the left, the "B-2" letter and number combination, is produced by cutting a solid colored adhesive vinyl to shape. Cut vinyl numbers and letters are fairly cheap and quick to produce. Cut vinyl numbers can be small or large in size with a big variety of custom colors. Adhesive vinyl numbers and letters are easy enough to install yourself or you can have them professional installed and adhere best to smooth non-porous surfaces.
Cut vinyl numbers also come in specialty vinyls like etched glass and reflective lettering. Etched glass building numbers carry a sand-blasted look which is great for interior or exterior building numbers on glass. Reflective numbers can also be used if you want night time visibility (with a proper light source to illuminate the numbers).
Dimensional Building Numbers
Want to amp up your building numbers and have a few more dollars to spare? Then dimensional building numbers are the way to go. As shown in the picture above the "28311" building number has a 3-D nature which gives the address number some depth. Depth sizes range from 1/8 of an inch on up to 3 inches in depth. Dimensional building numbers literally stand out and can be utilized inside or outside the office.
Dimensional building numbers also have a wide variety of font, color and style options and can be fashioned from metal, plastic or foam materials. Dimensional building letters run the gamut in size as well. Small building numbers can be used to outfit your building for foot traffic; whereas extra large building numbers will have better street visibility for passing traffic and long distance identification.
