Copper metal lettering gives a fiery glow to your indoor or outdoor dimensional sign that is sure to catch the eye like no other steel metal letters currently available for architectural signage. Our copper metal lettering is actually derived from the metal alloy C11000, with a few distinct finishing options to give the pieces a polished sheen as well as a more rustic oxidized look.
Flat cut copper metal lettering is achieved through using high-tech laser water jets or with a 5000 watt laser beam allowing for sharp, precise and intricate cuts for a very smooth and fluid letter. Finishing for our copper lettering is available in the standard vertical brushed look with options for a regular or dark oxidized finish or a polished finish. The height range for this steel metal lettering begins at 1/2" and is available in various thicknesses starting at 1/8".
For the more dimensional look of cast or fabricated lettering, the metal compound of the sign would actually be aluminum or stainless steel. When the aluminum or steel lettering is actually cast to the font or design you desire, they are then coated with a finish to simulate a copper look, thus creating architectural lettering with more depth than flat cut lettering at a fraction of the cost.
Dimensional steel lettering has a wide array of mounting options that are dependent upon how and where the letters will be installed, and also by the type and size of lettering being ordered. We offer stencil, paper or drill patterns, upon request, to aid with installation. Purchasing a pattern option is highly recommended to insure that your dimensional lettering is installed properly.

Flat cut metal letters are precision-cut utilizing high-pressure water jets and lasers out of sheets of metal. Falt cut metal letters come in various depths ranging from 1/8" up to 2" thick out of the following metals: Aluminum, Brass, Bronze, Copper or Stainless Steel. Cast Metal - Standard & Custom Letters/Logos
Cast metal letters are made from pouring liquified metal into pre-determined molds or specially created die-cast molds, which when cooled, creates beautifully strong and permanent metal letters with a depth of up to 3" with partially hollow backs to reduce on the weight of the letter. Cast metal letters are made from Aluminum and Bronze metals that both have a variety of finishing options (listed below) and come in a variety of standard fonts, sizes and depths or can be custom made for a completely unique look. Cast metal letters range in size from 2" to 24" with the ability to make larger letters in sections.
