Signage Materials

OCSigns.com currently offers three different "Vinyl" banner materials. Our vinyl banner materials are all very durable and made for indoor and outdoor use. These materials are also weatherproof and will hold up well in normal weather conditions.

Standard Digital Banner: White 13 oz. glossy finish vinyl with straight cut edges.
Rip-Resistant Digital Banner: White 15 oz. matte finish vinyl with straight cut edges.
Extra-large Digital Banner: White 13 oz. matte finish vinyl with stitched hems.
Vinyl Lettered Bannes: 10 oz. matte finish vinyl material in a variety of colors.
Silk Screen/Pre-Printed Banners: 10 oz. matte finish white vinyl with stitched hems.

We currently carry two different grades of adhesive vinyl for all our decals, stickers and bumper stickers. We also use the same sticky-back vinyl material for all of our digital graphics for vehicles, walls and windows. Both vinyls are made for indoor and outdoor use and are weatherproof and fade-resistant, especially coupled with lamination.

Standard (Intermediate) Vinyl: 3 mil. thickness in White or Clear vinyl.
Premium (High Performance) Vinyl: 2 mil. thickness in White or Clear vinyl.

The vinyl we carry for our cut vinyl lettering also comes in two grades, just like our adhesive decal vinyl, of Standard (3 mil.) and Premium (2 mil.) The vinyl colors available are dependant on the grade of vinyl chosen. Currently we offer a combined total of over 30 vinyl colors to choose from.

Our vehicle grade magnetic material is 100% American made with a .030 thickness, one of the thickest in the industry, providing a strong magnetic pull thus reducing the risk of magnetic sign loss while in transit.

For high-quality poster printing we use an 8.5 mil. photo satin paper. To protect your paper print against scuffs and ripping, we do offer an optional laminate. This is a "paper" product and should not be used outdoors, even with lamination, unless the paper poster print is encapsulated in a weatherproof case. Our static cling decal material comes in White or Clear and is great for temporary window advertising. Static cling material can be applied either indoors or outdoors, but is not recommended for use on the outside of moving vehicles. Static cling material will adhere to smooth glass (or some polished metal) surfaces with ease and can be repositioned at will since there the material is non-adhesive. Static cling decals can be reused again and again if properly maintained and stored. 

When it comes to dimensional lettering, we proudly offer three types of lettering: Plastic, Foam and Metal. All materials are high quality and come in various styles depending on your dimensional lettering choice. Metal lettering is available in Cast, Flat Cut and Fabricated; with our Plastic lettering available in Formed, Injection Molded and Flat Cut formats; and Foam lettering that can be used indoors or outdoors.
