How do I pay for my order?
We accept credit cards, checks or cash on our sign orders.
With three different ways to order a sign we of course have a few difference ways that you can pay for your order. Depending on how you order your sign will determine the particular payment methods we accept. See below for a brief description of possible payment options according to how you place your sign order.
WALK-IN ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Customers that walk into our retail location in Orange County can place a sign order and pay by check, credit card or cash. All walk-in orders require a 50% deposit to begin work or can be paid in full. Our walk-in customers get the unique opportunity to visit our retail office and meet our friendly staff and get a better feel for what we do here at OCSigns.com. If you are local to the Tustin area, we encourage you to come in and place a sign order, and get to know us.
PHONE ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Phone order payment options are somewhat similar to walk-in orders minus the in-store experience. The only real difference lies in that phone orders payment options exclude cash. The preferred method of payment for phone orders is with a credit card. As with our walk-in orders a 50% deposit will be required to begin your order. If paying by check, on a phone order, a hold will be placed on your order until the check is received and cleared. (Please note: A check hold can last 7 to 10 days and no proofs will be provided until OCSigns.com (Quick Signs) has been paid in full.)
ONLINE ORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Online orders are strictly credit card based. When progressing through the online shopping cart you will be prompted to enter your credit card information before proceeding to check-out. We will process your credit card upon order approval.
In all cases, upon order pick-up or order shipping, payment in full is necessary to receive products orders. Currently we do not accept PayPal or purchase orders. Money orders and cashier's checks may be considered as an order payment option, please call to discuss further.
